On the phenomenon of state assistance to micro and small enterprises.

The State declares its support to small businesses, trying to understand if this is. The bank is likely to refuse; according to statistics 80 per cent of appeals to the credit organizations of any type of entrepreneur are rejected. Here it seems to be, and should help the funds allocated by the State to support micro and small enterprises, but the opposite is true, in order to obtain the money needed, especially long-term work of the company, a positive balance, and other positive things in your small business. All this leads to the fact that the money received, only those companies who have, and so get a bank loan, only a bank loan more expensive, and the means of state is cheaper. So, again, the state does not help those who are vital to maintain and develop their businesses, and those who are already working quite well on the way to big business and the state in that it actively helps.
